Bed, Bath and Beyond Will Shutter Homewood Store

Bed, Bath & Beyond will soon move out of Homewood, officials confirmed.

The company’s lease at 17910 Halsted St. is up, officials told H-F Chronicle, though a closing date is not yet set.

“Our lease term is ending for our Homewood location,” said Jessica Joyce, public relations manager. “Our customers can find us at Orland Park or Schererville or shop online at www.bedbathandbeyond.com.”

Homewood Mayor Richard Hofeld told the Chronicle he is in talks with representatives who might convince the company to stay.
