In a world that often feels fast, noisy, and overwhelming, calm doesn’t happen by accident — it’s cultivated. Seeds of Serenity is a gentle, yet powerful 4-week mindfulness course designed to help you grow steadiness from the inside out. Using the beautiful metaphor of a garden, we’ll move step by step through the foundational practices of mindfulness — preparing the soil, planting the seed, tending the garden, and harvesting the fruits of awareness. 

Each week builds upon the last, offering practical tools you can immediately bring into daily life. Whether you are brand new to mindfulness or looking to deepen an existing practice, this course provides accessible guidance, meaningful reflection, and supportive community.

Learn how to:

- Ground yourself in the body to create stability and safety

- Strengthen focus and calm through mindful breathing

- Skillfully relate to thoughts and emotions with greater ease

- Cultivate compassion, gratitude, and sustainable inner peace

Through guided meditations, gentle reflection, and home practices, you’ll begin to notice subtle yet profound shifts—less reactivity, more clarity, deeper presence. You don’t need a “green thumb” for meditation. You simply need willingness and curiosity. Calm is not something we chase — it’s something we grow. Join us as we plant the seeds of serenity.

What to Bring + How to Prepare

You are invited to come dressed comfortably and in layers. Please bring your yoga mat and wear anything that allows you to sit, move gently, and relax with ease. A sweater, shawl, or wrap is highly recommended, as the body can cool during stillness and rest. Chairs will be available for anyone who prefers seated support at any point.

You may also wish to bring a notebook or journal for personal reflections, notes, or insights that arise during our time together. Writing is always optional and offered as a supportive tool for integration.

Water, tea, or another nourishing beverage is welcome. Please feel free to tend to your needs throughout the session by adjusting your posture, taking breaks, or resting as needed. This is a space where listening to your body is encouraged.

Please note that no refunds will be provided. Your registration secures your place and includes access to all session recordings, regardless of attendance. Please RSVP at the included link and create your client account for access to virtual recordings.
