Sound Healing Meditation

Step into a deeply restorative experience where sound becomes your medicine. This meditative class invites you to rest, receive, and realign through the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, and other sacred instruments.

As you lie in stillness, sound waves move gently through the body, supporting nervous system regulation and deep relaxation. The layered tones help quiet mental chatter, release stored tension, and create a sense of safety, grounding, and calm. Each session is intuitively guided, offering spaciousness for emotional clarity, energetic renewal, and inner peace.

In a culture that often glorifies busyness, choosing to rest is a radical act. Rest is not only essential for personal healing but also a form of restoration. This class honors rest as a pathway to collective care and community well-being. When we prioritize rest, we reclaim our wholeness and create space for more compassion for ourselves and others.

This offering is ideal for anyone seeking stress relief, improved sleep, an emotional reset, or a quiet, nurturing space to reconnect with themselves. You will be fully supported with props throughout the practice, making this experience accessible to all body types and experience levels. All are welcome. No prior experience with meditation or sound healing is necessary.

You are invited to come dressed comfortably, bring your yoga mat, and wear anything that helps you feel comfortable when lying down. Pillows, blankets, a sleeping bag... the sky is the limit. Plan to bring a sweater or wrap to keep warm while you rest.
