
Spending time together as a family matters. Amid busy schedules, responsibilities, and endless to-do lists, it can be hard to slow down and truly connect. Family Yoga offers a simple, joyful way to share meaningful time with your child through movement, play, and breathing together.
What to Expect | This class invites families into a fun, welcoming space where movement and imagination meet. Sessions include playful yoga poses, movement-based games, and brief moments of mindfulness and relaxation designed especially for young bodies and curious minds.
Children are encouraged to explore movement freely in a supportive environment, while adults are invited to participate, connect, and enjoy being present alongside them. The class naturally supports bonding, cooperation, and shared moments of joy between caregivers and kids.
Who This Class is For | Family Yoga is designed for children ages 2–10, accompanied by an adult or caregiver 18 years or older. No yoga experience is required. However, adults should plan to participate. Whether it’s your first class or you’ve practiced for years, everything is offered in an accessible, easy-to-follow way so everyone can feel included.
Why Join | This class creates space for families to move together, explore themes inspired by animals and nature in the spring, and build connection through shared experience. It’s lighthearted, engaging, and focused on togetherness rather than perfection.
Investment | One to two adults with up to three children: $40. For additional adults or children, please contact the studio to register. Please only register once per family unit.
Refund Policy | Please note that no refunds will be provided. Instead, a credit will be added to your account for a future event at the studio.
