Serendipity Yoga and Wellness

Many women spend their days caring for others, solving problems, meeting deadlines, managing households, and carrying responsibilities that often go unseen. Yet few of us have spaces where we can simply show up, be ourselves, and be heard.
This Women's Circle is an opportunity to pause, step away from the demands of daily life, and gather in meaningful conversation with other women. It is not a class, a support group, or a networking event. Rather, it is a space for authentic connection, reflection, listening, and sharing.
Each gathering is centered around a thoughtful theme, question, or topic that invites personal reflection and conversation. There is no expectation to have the "right" answer, offer advice, or fix anyone's problems. Instead, we practice something that is increasingly rare: being fully present with ourselves and one another.
You are welcome to share, listen, journal, or simply observe. Participation is always optional. What matters most is your presence.
Whether you are seeking connection, navigating a life transition, feeling overwhelmed, or simply longing for deeper conversations than those found in everyday life, this circle offers a place to slow down, be witnessed, and remember that you do not have to carry everything alone.
Come as you are. Leave feeling a little more connected—to yourself, to others, and to the wisdom that emerges when women gather.&nbsp;<h4>Please Note</h4>

<li>Come dressed comfortably with your yoga mat and anything that helps you feel comfortable.</li>
<li>We will have chairs available for easy sitting.</li>
<li>Please consider bringing a journal and something to write with.&nbsp;</li>
<li>We will need at least 5 participants to run this class. Please register in advance.</li>
</ul>
No refunds will be provided. Instead, if you are unable to attend and you notify us in advance, your credit will be applied to a future studio event.&nbsp;
