Seasonal Reset: Ayurvedic Wisdom for the Holidays

The holiday season can be beautiful, meaningful, and full, but it can also leave us feeling scattered, overstimulated, depleted, or out of rhythm. This restorative workshop offers a gentle introduction to Ayurveda, the traditional healing system of yoga, and how its simple seasonal wisdom can help us feel more balanced through the winter months.

Together, we’ll explore how winter invites us to slow down, nourish ourselves, and work with the season rather than push against it. You’ll learn approachable Ayurvedic practices to support digestion, restore energy, build warmth from within, and find steadiness after the busyness and indulgence of the holidays.

This session will include gentle movement, breathwork, grounding self-care practices, and simple guidance around food, herbs, and daily rituals that can support your body and nervous system during the colder months. We’ll also make space for rest, reflection, and gratitude as essential forms of nourishment.

No prior experience with Ayurveda is needed. This workshop is designed for anyone who wants to better understand their body, feel more grounded during the holiday season, and leave with practical tools they can use right away.

Please come dressed comfortably and bring your yoga mat, along with anything that helps you feel relaxed and at ease. You may also wish to bring a notebook or journal for notes and reflections.

Please note that no refunds will be provided. If you need to cancel, your credit may be applied toward a future event at the studio. If you do not cancel and do not attend, your credit will be forfeited. 

Seasonal Reset can be purchased for $35 as a drop-in attendee, by using a class credit if you are already a client at the studio with an active class package, or register for no additional cost if you are a monthly unlimited member.
