Serendipity Yoga and Wellness

Awaken & Align is a journey into the subtle body, guided by breath, movement, stillness, and intentional awareness. Each class explores a thoughtful theme, such as the chakras, grounding, energetic balance, or spiritual growth, inviting you to slow down, turn inward, and deepen your connection to yoga’s energetic dimensions.
Rooted in traditional Hatha and Kriya Yoga and inspired by energy-based practices, this class weaves together long-held postures, purposeful sequencing, pranayama, philosophical insight, and immersive music. The slow, steady rhythm creates space to awaken the body’s natural energetic flow and cultivate a profound sense of presence.
Practice Profile
Intensity: ⭐⭐⭐☆ Balanced
Balanced classes offer an intentional blend of strength, mobility, flexibility, breathwork, and mindful movement. Postures may be held longer or repeated in purposeful sequences to encourage concentration and energetic awareness. Options, modifications, and rest opportunities allow you to honor your body while exploring the practice more deeply.
Experience: All Levels Welcome
Focus: Breath • Energy • Awareness • Spiritual Connection
What We’ll Explore
Each class begins with centering and breath awareness, then moves into a thoughtfully themed practice. Sessions may explore the chakras, grounding, energetic balance, inner awakening, or other aspects of the subtle body.
Through long-held Hatha postures, Kriya-inspired movement, intentional sequencing, pranayama, meditation, and moments of stillness, you’ll be encouraged to notice not only how each practice feels physically, but also how it influences your energy, attention, and inner experience.
Philosophical teachings and immersive music help create an environment for deeper exploration and reflection. Every class ends with guided relaxation or meditation, giving you time to rest, integrate, and reconnect with yourself.
Who This Class Is For
Awaken & Align is for anyone drawn to conscious movement and a deeper exploration of yoga’s energetic, philosophical, and spiritual dimensions. No previous experience with Hatha Yoga, Kriya Yoga, or subtle-body practices is necessary. Whether you are new to these teachings or looking to expand an established practice, you’ll be encouraged to participate with curiosity, patience, and respect for your body.
