108 Sun Salutations: Closing the Year in Light

Close the year with strength, presence, and intention. Join us on New Year’s Eve for 108 Sun Salutations | Closing the Year in Light, a powerful moving meditation that honors endings, welcomes new beginnings, and connects body, breath, and spirit.

Whether this is your first time or part of your yearly tradition, this practice invites you to release what no longer serves you and step into the new year feeling renewed, grounded, and empowered.

This is a challenging practice, but it will be offered in an accessible and supportive way. You are invited to move at your own pace, rest whenever needed, and honor your body throughout the experience.

Once registered, you will receive access to a small library of preparation videos to help you build confidence and prepare for the practice. 

This practice is best suited for students who can comfortably hold downward facing dog and plank, and who are able to get down to and up from the floor without assistance. Come as you are, move with intention, and be part of a commUNITY celebrating transformation together.

Please come dressed comfortably and bring your yoga mat, water, and any props you may want for support. You will receive access to preparation videos to help you feel more confident before the event. This is a challenging practice, so please plan to move at your own pace, rest as needed, and honor your body throughout the experience.

Please note: No refunds will be provided. Instead, if you are unable to attend and you cancel at least 2 hours before the session is scheduled to begin, we may apply your credit to a future event at the studio.
