Deceptive Practices, Retail Theft: Homewood Blotter

The most recent arrest reports from the Homewood Police Department include two alleged incidents of retail theft.

Retail Theft

Heidi Anselmo, 49, of Harvey was charged with retail theft at Kohl's, 17620 S. Halsted St. at 7:54 p.m. on Jan. 26. Anselmo concealed items and passed the final point of purchased without making payment for the merchandise which had a total retail value of $130.

Marvin Tanniehill, 47, of Riverdale was charged with retail theft at 12:46 p.m. on Jan. 29 at Jewel-Osco, 3153 W. 183rd St. Tanniehill concealed items and exited the store without making payment for the merchandise which had a total retail value of $70.93.

Denontae Greesham, 20, of Markham was charged with deceptive practices and possession/display of a fraudulent identification card at 3:43 p.m. on Jan. 25 at Best Buy, 17800 S. Halsted St. Greesham utilized a fraudulent driver’s license in an attempt to open a mobile phone line account.
