Dolton Man is 5th Cold Weather Death In Cook Co.

The 61-year-old man died on Wednesday.

COOK COUNTY, IL – A 61-year-old Dolton man has become the fifth Cook County resident to die due to cold weather conditions so far this winter season, the Cook County medical examiner’s office confirmed on Thursday. The Daily Southtown reports the man died Wednesday as a result of cold exposure with hypertensive arteriosclerotic cardiovascular disease as a contributing factor.
