Possession Of Cannabis In Motor Vehicle
A 25-year-old woman from Country Club Hills was charged with possession of adult use cannabis in motor vehicle, operation of uninsured motor vehicle and driving while license suspended/revoked at 1:23 p.m. on Jan. 28 at 183rd and Halsted streets.

Retail Theft
Ron Carter, 28, of Chicago was charged with theft over $500 at Game Stop, 17925 S. Halsted St. at 5:54 p.m. on Jan. 28. While employed by Game Stop, between February 2019 and January 2020, Carter rang up merchandise for a reduced amount and issued fraudulent refunds that totaled over $500.

Anthony Johnson, 55, of Ford Heights was charged with retail theft at 8:23 p.m. on Jan. 25 at Walmart, 17550 S. Halsted St. Johnson placed items in a shopping cart and passed the final point of purchase without making payment for the merchandise, which had a total retail value of $208.82.
DUI
Michael Sbragia, 44, of the 18400 block of Harwood Avenue was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after a traffic crash with injuries at 5:42 p.m. on Jan. 29 in the 18400 block of Harwood Avenue.
