200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training

The program is designed for those who want to teach yoga or just have a deeper understanding of the yoga path. The training will begin with an in-depth study of the history and philosophies of yoga. It will give the students a solid
foundation to the understanding of the eight limbs of yoga.

Students in the program will learn how to instruct and assist effectively, with sensitivity towards the students. Program participants will also learn how to break down asanas to ALL levels of students. 

Upon completion, you will have been trained to teach Hatha Yoga including Vinyasa Flow. You will have an insight toward Therapeutic Yoga, Gentle and Prenatal Yoga.
