Rack up your fitness requirement in a fun, unique way with fencing! Equipment is provided. No class Sept. 26.
Level 1 - Beginning Foil will focus on the foil, proper
footwork, balance, blade techniques, offense and defense.
Level 2 - This class is taught for the more experienced fencer. Focus will be on foil, epee and saber with emphasis on speed, power, finesse and competitive strategies.

Open Strip - This class is for students who have completed both levels 1 & 2 or with prior experience. This class will train you for competition or engage in friendly bouts.
