As part of the H-F Racquet & Fitness Club’s celebration of the 25th Anniversary of Tennisfest, it is offering a FREE Cardio Tennis demonstration class. No tennis experience is necessary and is designed for all levels of fitness. Call 708-799-1323 to register! Class will be held outdoors at the Homewood-Flossmoor High School on the North Courts with Club pros Bill Eng and Cindy Heidkamp.
