FLOSSMOOR, IL — Starting at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, August 17, Welcome students back to school with positive messages of encouragement and inspiration! You can chalk your own walks, your business walks, or visit a school and write your messages welcoming our students back to school! Then on Friday, August 19 join the Village of Flossmoor, Flossmoor School District 161, Homewood-Flossmoor High School and other community partners for our annual Back to School Night to celebrate the return to school! Starting at 6 p.m. on Friday, August 19, at Flossmoor Park, enjoy children's activities, special giveaways, ice cream and other treats. Stick around for our movie in the park, "The Bad Guys," starting at dusk, approximately 8:15 p.m
