Football Schedule 2022: See Who The H-F Vikings Face This Fall
The 2022 fall football schedule is out for Homewood-Flossmoor High School with Week 1 set to kick off on Friday, Aug. 26.
ORLAND PARK, IL — High school football is back in Illinois this fall. Following a season that was postponed in 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic and moved to the spring of 2021, the Illinois High School Association, in partnership with Max Preps, recently announced schedules for the varsity teams.
The regular season begins Friday, Aug. 26, with the IHSA state championship games (1A, 2A, 3A and 4A) scheduled for Friday, Nov. 25, at University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign. For 5A, 6A, 7A and 8A, championship games will be held Saturday, Nov. 26, at University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana.
Locally, Homewood-Flossmoor High School's season begins away Friday, Aug. 26, when the Homewood-Flossmoor Vikings face off against the Naperville North Huskies, away. Kickoff is at 7 p.m.

- Sept. 23: 7 p.m. HFHS vs. Bradley-Bourbonnais, home
