Franciscan Health Olympia Fields hosting Tickled Pink

Free breast cancer event to feature comedy, information and more

Franciscan Health Olympia Fields is inviting women to laugh and learn about breast cancer at the free Tickled Pink event on Oct. 25 in Flossmoor.

The event will feature a panel discussion with physicians and healthcare providers, appetizers, one drink (cash bar thereafter), chair massages, healthcare screenings and a performance by comedian Tracy DeGraaf, a mother and breast cancer survivor who uses humor to share her breast cancer journey with others.

Attendees will have the opportunity to schedule a mammogram and receive a free Vera Bradley gift.

Tickled Pink is scheduled to take place from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Oct. 25 at Flossmoor Golf Club, 1441 Western Ave. The doors open at 5:30 p.m. for chair massages, health screenings, appetizers and drinks with the program scheduled to begin at 7 p.m.

The event is free, but space is limited and registration is required by Oct. 16. More information and registration is available online.
