Free Chamber Night With The Illinois Philharmonic Set For July 29
The event runs from 5 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, July 29.

FLOSSMOOR, IL – Classical music and local art will take center stage in downtown Flossmoor on Wednesday, July 29, at the Village of Flossmoor’s IPO Chamber Night, featuring musicians from the Illinois Philharmonic Orchestra (IPO).
Music lovers are invited to bring a chair and cozy up for a free performance in the Village’s charming downtown district on Sterling Avenue between Flossmoor Road and Central Drive from 5-8 p.m. The music will start with an opening performance by the Bel Canto Community Choir at 6 p.m., followed by instrumental popular music inspired by the Netflix series, Bridgerton, performed by the IPO.
In between performances, event goers will be invited to bid on plein air paintings during a live auction to benefit Flossmoor’s public art program, as well to enjoy food and beverage options from local businesses and vendors. The event will be hosted by Phil Lee, Flossmoor resident and local DJ.
