PLANNING YOUR GARDEN - Thursday, Jan. 28 6:30 - 8 pm
Winter is the best time to plan your garden! The basics of organic gardening, seed selection for the coming growing season (including easy to grow starter veggies), and what materials/tools you need vs. which are nice to have will be discussed by our gardening expert.

GROWING INDOORS - Thursday, Feb. 11 6:30 - 8 pm
Learn the basics of planting a garden from the ground up. From reading a seed packet to choosing the right location for plants, we will help you get started. Topics covered would include the basic equipment needed to grow indoors and information on starting seeds inside for eventual transplant. Make and take seed starters. Our garden expert will provide tips and tricks for growing your own healthy plants to feed your family.

ORGANIC SOIL/PEST CONTROL - Thursday, Feb. 25 6:30 - 8 pm
Planting in the best soils gives your plants and seeds the best start. Learn about soil types and which plants grow in what location. Topics covered will include composting, soil amendments, and simple pest control strategies for organic gardens. Make a simple composter to take home and make your own food scraps work for you!
