H-F High School Hosts Senior Citizen’s Coffee & Tour Oct. 27

Organizers ask that anyone interested in attending RSVP by Monday, Oct. 24.

FLOSSMOOR, IL — Senior citizens in the Homewood-Flossmoor District 233 community are invited to a complimentary coffee and tour in Homewood-Flossmoor Community High School’s South Building on Thursday, Oct. 27. The South Building is accessible via the Kedzie Avenue campus entrance. Beginning at 9 a.m., the event includes an overview of the school by administrators; student musical entertainment; coffee, juice and pastries, created by H-F Culinary students; and an optional tour.

The senior coffee is an annual showcase event for the school’s Golden Card Club, a program offered by District 233, which offers free admission to H-F theatre, musical and athletic events for community members who are age 62 or better. Seniors who are interested in attending the coffee are asked to RSVP to HFInfo@hf233.org or 708-335-5581 by Monday, Oct. 24.

Homewood-Flossmoor Community High School District 233 is a three-time National Blue Ribbon award-winning school and an IB World School that offers more than 20 Advanced Placement courses and a Media, Visual & Performing Arts Academy.
