Hillcrest HS Culinary Club Caters Fashion Show

Hillcrest Culinary Arts Club members were busy prepping and catering the Principal/Parent Advisory Fashion Show held at Hillcrest High School. The students spent numerous hours preparing an appetizer themed menu for the evening gala. The menu that was researched and planned consisted of BBQ meatballs, spanakopita, sausage and pepper wontons, a beautifully plated cheese and cracker tray, scrumptious cupcakes, and mouthwatering chocolate covered strawberries. The students worked hard prepping for the event. Once the food was prepared, the Culinary Club members changed their hats and turned on their charm to work the front of the room to become the servers. The guest were impressed and the students received abundant complements for their delicious tasting food, presentation, and outstanding service. Hillcrest staff and students wish to thank Mrs. Sweeny and the Culinary Club for their dedication and hard work representing our school.
