Hillcrest HS Mock Trial Team Visits Court House
The Honorable Robert J. Clifford provided students trial tips for their competitions
The Hillcrest Mock Trial team traveled to the Sixth Municipal District Court House located in Markham to get coaching tips from Honorable Robert J. Clifford, Associate Judge. Students conducted the complete IBSA competition trial Dunn v. Davies for the Judge and he provided each student side tips and ideas on how to present their material. “Students found this experience to be invaluable they are definitely ready for competition.” said sponsor, Caroline Snyder. The Hillcrest Mock Trial team includes: Tondalaha Davis, Darlena York, Eniola Awoniyi, Lardell Clark, Darnell Gilton, Savannah Wooden, Moriam Yarrow, Alexis Woods, Taylor Winbush and Pierre Tutson.
