Homewood-Flossmoor Park District Announces Art Classes for Adults

Tuesday Evening Art Studio introduces new students to the study of visual arts and encourages the development of technical skill and personal creativity. Advanced students have the opportunity to refine their skill and artistic vision during dedicated studio time. When this diversity of artistic ability comes together in one room, there’s an abundance of creativity in a no-pressure learning environment. Tuesday Evening Art Studio will be held Tuesdays, Sept. 1-Oct. 20 from 7 to 9:30 p.m.at the Irwin Community Center. Fee is $80 for residents and $120 for non-residents.
Try something new or add to your art experience at Art Studio. Instructors Carol Boyajian and Lucy Scheppe will help participants to expand their creativity and learn something new. Students will have the chance to paint or draw in a relaxed learning environment. Art Studio will be held Tuesdays, Sept. 1 to Oct. 20 from 9 to 11:30 a.m. or Thursdays, Sept. 2 to Oct. 22 from 1 to 3:30 p.m. at the Irwin Community Center. Fee is $80 for residents and $120 for non-residents.
