Homewood Police Searching For Man Who Abandoned Dog At Park
Homewood Police are hoping someone might know the owner, or that they'll find a safe place for the pup to land.

HOMEWOOD, IL — Homewood police on Tuesday put out a call to find the owner of a "sad little guy" dog who was abandoned in a park.
The dog was found left behind at Orchard Park, 1600 Olive Rd., by an "unknown male driving a black truck," police shared on social media. Temperatures Tuesday reached 95 degrees, leaving the dog outside in extreme heat and sun.
Some commenters said the dog appears to be an English bulldog.
