Ingalls Diabetes Forum to Feature Discussion on Diabetic Wound Care

The next meeting of the Ingalls Diabetes Forum is Monday, Feb. 29, and will feature general surgeon and wound care specialist Michael Romberg, M.D., who will discuss diabetic wounds and how to care for them.

The 6-7 p.m. meeting will take place in the first-floor conference rooms at Ingalls Family Care Center in Flossmoor, located at 19550 Governors Highway.

The Diabetes Forum meets the last Monday of every month and provides education and support for people with diabetes. Topics include healthy eating, physical activity, medication management and behavior modification. Family members and caregivers are encouraged to attend.
