Ingalls Offers Creative Cancer Coping Tips at Oct. 15 Program
Oct. 15 program teaches cancer survivors creative coping skills.
Learn how to build up your emotional reserves and take charge of how you react to difficult situations as Ingalls presents “Coping Creatively with Cancer” Thursday, Oct. 15, from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. at Ingalls Family Care Center in Flossmoor.
Join neuropsychologist and STAR-certified cancer clinician Dr. Timothy McManus as he shares tips on how to develop effective cancer-coping skills.
This program is the first of a series of free workshops Ingalls has designed to get cancer survivors moving and on the road to optimal activity levels.
