Kendall College Chef Visits Hillcrest HS Culinary Class

Chef Karin Davis from Kendall College demonstrated her skills to the Hillcrest High School Culinary and Family Career and Community Leaders of America students. Ms. Michelle Youngberg’s FCCLA students had an opportunity to help Chef Karin make a scrumptious nutritious snack. Chef Karin also demonstrated proper knife handling skills. “The Hillcrest culinary students love learning from Chef Karin. Her knowledge and creativity for preparing food is inspiring,” said Ms. Youngberg. Along with the culinary skills lesson, Chef Karin discussed the different culinary career opportunities offered at Kendall College. “The students enjoyed learning about all the Kendall graduates that hold prominent positions in food service, baking and pastry, and many other culinary arts industries.
