La Banque Hotel Hosting Job Fair Wednesday

Homewood’s new boutique hotel opening soon is looking to hire for several positions in its restaurant. Chef Dominique Tougne’s dining venture, La Voute, will soon be ready to welcome his clients. La Banque will hold a job fair Wednesday, May 27 from 12 to 4 p.m., at Ravisloe Country Club, 18231 South Park Ave.

Openings include the following positions:

• Sous Chef, Lead Cooks, Line Cooks, Prep Cooks: All candidates should have experience and express an enthusiasm for food and ability to handle the speed of a busy kitchen.
• Servers and Bartenders: Candidates should have prior experience in the restaurant atmosphere, able to give quality, attentive service to their customers.
• Hosts, Busboys, Dishwashers: Entry-level jobs for someone without a lot of restaurant experience.
