Modern, sophisticated and stylish salon, located in downtown Homewood, Illinois, is looking for experienced stylists and/or barbers for a commission based position that is immediately available (booth rental is also a possibility).All applicants should have an established clientele, well-versed on new trends, open to learning and adopting new techniques. Applicants must have the flexibility to work with all hair types, styles and textures. All stylists and barbers should be able to work 3 to 5 days a week (no Sundays or Mondays). Expressions Salon offers flexible hours (full and part time) and a computer based appointment/client tracking system for scheduling clients. Position offers excellent growth potential and continuing education opportunities. All service providers must possess the ability to obtain and retain clients, create a professional working environment, work well with others fully understanding a team atmosphere and complete all tasks as directed by management.

Every applicant must have a current license in cosmetology in the state of Illinois and provide a portfolio of their work if required. In addition to completing an application, a part of the interview process may require you to provide a cut and/or styling service (applicants are responsible for obtaining their own model).
