Low-Carb Snacking is Topic Of July 25 Diabetes Forum

Low-carb snacking will be the topic of the next Ingalls Diabetes Forum Monday, July 25, from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Ingalls Family Care Center in Flossmoor. A discussion and demonstration will be led by Kim Kramer, RD, LDN, CDE.

The meeting will take place in the first-floor conference rooms, A, B and C.

The group meets the last Monday of every month and focuses on topics like basic glucose monitoring, insulin and oral medications, physical activity and how to avoid complications.
