A 28-year-old Lynwood man distributed porn featuring images of children under the age of 13, according to the Cook County Sheriff’s Office, which found him while investigating an online sharing program. Richard Bass, 20000 block of Catalpa Avenue, went before a Cook County judge on Saturday on charges of reproducing or selling child pornography. Bail was set at $250,000. He was arrested Friday as a result of an investigation into peer-to-peer network porn trading that dates back to January 2013.
