Manor Care Homewood Sued For Negligence
A lawsuit states that a patient developed pressure sores and experiences pain while treated at the facility in Homewood.
HOMEWOOD, IL -- A rehabilitation center in Homewood has been sued for negligence.
Dana Crumbly, the independent administrator of the estate of Ida Crumbly, alleges that Manor Care Health Services - Homewood took insufficient measures to prevent injuries according to the Cook County Record.
The plaintiff states that Ida Crumbly experienced pain and developed pressure sores while in the care of the facility. She seeks more than $50,000 in damages.
