Markham Animal Clinic On The Move To Homewood

HOMEWOOD, IL — Homewood's pets will have another option for veterinary care in town this fall, with the relocation of Markham Animal Clinic to an as-of-yet undisclosed address. Animal clinic staff announced the move Wednesday on social media.

The animal clinic, currently located at 3451 W 159th St., will move to the "newly remodeled state-of-the-art facility in the town of Homewood, only nine minutes from our current location," and will take on the new name of 'Homewood Veterinary Care,'" the post reads.

"I'm extremely honored and excited to be moving our practice to Homewood later this year," said Dr. Denise Cudiamat, the managing DVM of Markham Animal Clinic. "As a Homewood resident, I'm delighted to bring our amazing team and compassionate, Fear Free care to my home community."

The full-service veterinary hospital will retain all its veterinarians and support staff, the notice reads.

"Our team is dedicated to making Homewood Veterinary Care a warm and friendly environment where you will love to bring your pets for all their medical needs."

The clinic has outgrown its current facility, and hopes to create a "modern, comfortable space" for owners to take their pets for cutting edge care.
