More Than 100 Homewood-Flossmoor HS Students Named AP Scholars
The awards are based on scores on AP exams during the 2021-2022 school year. The list was released on Monday.

FLOSSMOOR, IL —, taken during the 2021-22 school year. The College Board's Advanced Placement Program provides students with the opportunity to take rigorous college-level courses while still in high school, and to earn college credit, advanced placement, or both for successful performance on AP exams. The College Board recognizes several levels of achievement based on students' performance on AP exams.
AP Scholars with Distinction are those students who received an average score of at least 3.5 (out of 5) on all AP exams taken, and scores of 3 or higher on five or more of these exams. AP Scholars with Distinction for 2022 from H-F are: Drew Bingham, Peyton Black, Lucas Bouchie, Joshua Bray, Kyla Emory, Anthony Fanelli, David Gibek, Mark Gislason, Dyllan Hanna, Fatima Hernandez, Madison Jones, Carter Langston, Sofia Magan, Kaylin Matthews, Sullivan Matthys, Rowan Moxley, Korey Mulling, Charles Niemiec, Undra Pillows, Jack Piros, Larson Prokop, Jenna Rechsteiner, Umar Ryan, Jaden Sharp, Samuel Starkenburg, Emma Steiner, Keisha Toguem, Faye Wettstein and Elizabeth Wojcikowski.
AP Scholars with Honor are those students who received an average score of at least 3.25 (out of 5) on all AP exams taken, and scores of 3 or higher on four or more of these exams. AP Scholars with Honor for 2022 from H-F are: Asia Bing, Alyssa Brigham, Gabrielle Brown, Avery Calhoon, Emmet Conaway, Athena Davis, Chito Emechebe, Kiera Flanigan, Naomi Fry, Kevin Gibek, William Goldberg, Maura Hanley, Georgia Holt, Peyton Jackson, Evelyn Malvestuto, Nicolette Parrott, Kade Reid, Addison Sextonson and Eva Van Til.
