Liz's Mindful Mondays: Weekly Reflections + Inspiration from the Heart of Serendipity Yoga and Wellness

Dear Reader,

Over the next several weeks, we are wrapping up our teacher training at the studio, and I am moving toward the final stretch of my own Ayurvedic studies. There is excitement in this, but also a quiet invitation to pause and be mindful not to wish this time away.

You may be moving through your own endings too, the close of the school year, the final chilly days of early spring, the completion of a project, or a shift in routine. Notice whether you are rushing toward the finish line or softening and staying present for these last moments of the journey.

Breathe and allow yourself to fully experience the growth, the effort, and the quiet success of simply showing up in each moment.

With love and gratitude,
Liz

Listen | If you’ve noticed a mid-afternoon crash, late-night cravings, or difficulty falling asleep before midnight, Ayurveda offers a helpful lens to explore. This 5,000-year-old tradition describes these patterns through dinacharya, the natural rhythm of your day. As you begin to align with this flow, your energy, digestion, and sleep often feel steadier and more supported. Learn more about daily rhythms here.

Try This | Take a moment to grab a notebook and something to write with. Gently reflect on what you need from the people closest to you, and what helps you feel calm, loved, and supported. Write with honesty and care, allowing your needs to be clearly expressed.

What endings are you moving towards?
