Sylvia L. Lindholm, nee Lamb, was born on November 16, 1937 and passed away peacefully surrounded by family on April 12, 2015 at the age of 77. Sylvia resided in Homewood, Illinois. She was preceded in death by Don Lindholm (August 26, 2006) and Bill Hammarstrom (Oct. 31, 1992). Beloved mother of Linda (Mark) Harpke, Valorie Hammarstrom, Chris (Richard) Portwood, and Eric (Jane) Hammarstrom; dear stepmother of Donald (Sandy) Lindholm, Laura (Ray) Eckman, and Robert Lindholm.
Cherished grandmother of Joshua (Lauren) Harpke, Andrew (Missy) Harpke, Brian (Fernanda) Wesley, Brandon Wesley, Brittany Wesley, Amanda, Ashley, Billy, Maddy & Emma Hammarstrom, and loving step grandmother to Michael (Janelle) Portwood and Allison (Pat) O’Connor.
Great grandmother of Logan & Norah Harpke, Baby Harpke, Corabella, Brian & Baby Wesley, Joey Wesley Miller, and James, Jack, Judd & Judah Portwood.
