Online Registration is now available for the Adrenaline Summer Camps located at the Southland Center in Lynwood, IL. (Formerly known as The HoChunk Sports Complex).

Adrenaline’s Athletic to Academic program has partnered with Motion Fitness to develop a virtual fitness program to help youth reach their fitness goals. Fitness 2.0, is an ideology that has emerged out of the advancements in technology from the demands we have made as a fitness community. It is individualized, non-discriminatory, mobile, accessible, measurable, affordable, engaging. Fitness 2.0 is an evolution in health and wellness – integrating technology and fitness to bring simpler, more streamlined, and more motivating activity to our society.
