Portillo's Coming to Homewood
Chocolate cake, Italian beef, and hot dog fans, rejoice!
Homewood will soon has its very own Portillo’s.
Mayor Richard Hofeld declared at Tuesday’s Village Board meeting that the hot dog giant will set up shop at the southwest corner of 175th and Halsted, with plans to break ground in March.
Opening is expected in September.
