Several Retail Theft Arrests Made At Meijer: Cops
Car burglaries, cannabis possession and a DUI are also included in the most recent Flossmoor police blotter.

Car Burglaries
Multiple car burglaries were reported over the weekend of June 8-10 in the northern part of Flossmoor and southern part of Homewood. In one incident, in the 18900 block of Springfield Avenue, portable flash drives and speakers were reported stolen at 1 a.m. on June 9.

DUI
Daniel C. Green, 30, Dolton was stopped at Kedzie Avenue and Governors Highway at 3:40 p.m. on June 6 and charged with a DUI. Green was found sleeping at a traffic light and failed field sobriety tests with a .137 breath alcohol content, according to police. He was charged with DUI/alcohol content above .08, DUI-alcohol, improper parking on roadway, disobeying a traffic control signal and improper lane usage.

Cannabis Possession
A 30-year-old man from Tinley Park was cited for cannabis possession and having drug paraphernalia after police found him and one other person parked in a car at Flossmoor Hills School at 10:37 p.m. on June 1.
Disorderly Conduct
Kimyatta Porter, 26, Matteson was charged with disorderly conduct in connection with an incident at Meijer, 3800 Vollmer Road.
Retail Theft
Two juvenile females were arrested for retail theft at 3:15 p.m. on May 27 at Meijer.
Ellis D. Stacie, 20, Chicago Heights was charged with retail theft at 2:10 p.m. on May 27 at Meijer.
Diamond L. Smith, 24, Matteson was charged with retail theft at 10:52 a.m. on May 18 at Meijer.
Michael G. Goings, 22, Park Forest was charged with retail theft at 12:32 p.m. on May 16 at Meijer.
