Starbucks Set to Open on Vollmer Road in Flossmoor This Summer
A new building that will house Starbucks, AT&T and other businesses has been approved by village trustees.
FLOSSMOOR, IL - Village trustees in Flossmoor paved the way for a Starbucks to open in the Meijer superstore complex on Vollmer Road.
Construction on a new outlot building at the complex could begin as early as this summer, according to a report from the Homewood-Flossmoor Chronicle. The board voted last week to approve an amended plan and special use permit for the 7,420 square foot building that will also include an AT&T store and two other businesses.
The Starbucks portion of the plan will include about 1,920 square feet or the building. It will have a drive-thru window and outdoor patio.
