Teen Flees McDonald's After Tossing Drink At Cop: Police
An 18-year-old man has been charged after police said he threw a drink at a police officer at the McDonald's on 183rd Street.

HOMEWOOD, IL - An Olympia Fields man faces multiple charges after an alleged July 2 incident in which police say he threw a McDonald's drink at a police officer after refusing to leave the fast food restaurant on 183rd Street in Homewood. Lamar Williams, 18, has been charged with battery and resisting a peace officer.
Police arrived at the McDonald's located at 3132 W. 183rd St. at 4:18 p.m. after employees said Williams already consumed his food order but told them he was still waiting for it.
Williams refused to leave the restaurant when told to do so, and threw a drink at an officer after police showed up according to a police report.

He is then alleged to have fled on foot, but was captured a short time later by police.
