Police pulled over Motsinger at about 11:54 p.m., in 1400 block of Ridge Road, for driving with only one working headlight, the report stated. During the stop, both women gave the officer false names, the report added.

Motsinger gave police her real name once she was in custody, and a background check revealed she had a suspended New Jersey driver’s license, the report stated. Eventually, police were given Siciliano’s New Jersey driver’s license and a bag containing 18 plastic bags filled with a white powdery substance suspected to be heroin, the report added.
