Willow School Celebrates 100th Day

Special Guests Help Willow School Celebrate 100th Day of School

Willow School students and their loved ones gathered at the school on Feb. 5th to celebrate the 100th Day of School. They were joined by some very special guests. First, Orland Park children’s author Nancy Gee read her “Mom’s Choice” award-winning book, “The Secret Drawer.”

The Homewood-Flossmoor High School poms squad and boys varsity basketball team came to read to Willow student, but sometimes they were read to by the younger students.

The poms squad performed a routine they created to the kids’ tune, “Zero the Hero.”
