It’s
been more than four decades since drummer/producer Bobby Colomby and friends
assembled the first group to successfully blend rock and jazz into a
genre-crossing sound and style. Their accomplishments include topping the
Billboard charts with the band’s second album, "Blood, Sweat &
Tears," beating out The Beatles "Abbey Road" for Grammy Album of
the Year and produced three major hit singles, including “You've Made Me So
Very Happy,” “And When I Die” and “Spinning Wheel.” As the group continues to
tour with seasoned and new musicians, they reach beyond the nostalgic audience
introducing their new lead singer.
