Transitions Hospice hosted a Multi-Chamber Mixer with Huntley Area Chamber of Commerce and St. Charles Chamber Wednesday, June 28th. The weather was hot and added to their Summer Caribbean Style theme. With a Tiki Bar and Caribbean food all the Chamber Members who attended had a great "Caribbean" time.
