Northwest Senior Health & Fitness is owned and operated by Dr. John Voelz, Physical Therapist, who has a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and a Masters in Physcial Therapy.  NWSHF is located on Regency Parkway one block west of Route 47, offering people 55+ eighteen different exercise stations many of which feature hydraulic powered excercise machines. The low impact equipment and user-friendly treadmills are attractive to seniors who may have problems with mobility and balance.
