Concert Paired with All-Day Moretti's Fundraiser to Raise Money for Huntley High School Fine Arts Programs.

With just a few days to go until the Chicago Spazmatics take the Huntley High School Performing Arts Center stage for their rousing 80’s musical show, fine arts boosters are putting the finishing touches on plans for a “like… totally awesome” day!

Students who show a school id can purchase tickets at the door for only $10. Raffle tickets will be sold at the event for several giveaways, including sporting event tickets, baskets from community businesses, and chance to win a ton of cash from a poster board full of new lottery tickets.
The Boosters have also announced that the concert will be paired with an all-day March 18 fundraiser at Moretti’s Ristorante and Pizzaria in Lake in the Hills.

“People are encouraged to eat at Moretti’s on the 18th, and simply by mentioning the fine arts boosters, showing a fundraiser flyer or showing their concert program, 15% of food and beverage purchases will be donated to the boosters,” FAB President Cheryl Meyer said. “It’s a great way to gather with friends before the 3:30 show and an even better way to keep the party going after the show ends at around 6:30.”
The Spazmatics have been featured on shows such as Ellen, The Tonight Show, MTV, and VH1, and they have played at venues such as Wrigley Field after Cubs games and the House of Blues. They also boast a large celebrity following.
“This is definitely one show you won’t want to miss!” said Meyer. “Be sure to dress in your 80’s best!”
