Has anybody else noticed the guy who frequently walks along Kruetzer Rd. and waves to the traffic going by? I see him quite often in the morning rush hour. He use to wear the same clothes all the time. Last year he put tape on the back of his winter coat that read "Thanks for Waving the Past 10 Years". The last time I saw him he had a giant foam hand. Does anyone know who this is and what his story is?
