Huntley Man Charged in Car Burglaries
McHenry County Sheriff Keith Nygren announced the arrest of a 21-year-old Huntley man in connection with recent burglaries in the unincorporated areas of Huntley and Marengo.
A Huntley man was arrested Wednesday by McHenry County sheriff’s police in the use of a stolen credit card and in connection with car burglaries.
Kyle R. Wightman, 21, 10710 Pebble Drive, was arrested and charged with theft, unlawful use of a stolen credit card and two counts of burglary, according to press release issued Thursday by McHenry County Sheriff Keith Nygren.
Nygren stated in the release the charges against Wightman result from a three-month investigation where several vehicle burglaries occurred in the unincorporated areas around Marengo and Huntley.
