Huntley Police Blotter: Teen Faces Drug Charges
Juvenile found with cannabis at high school.

Police said a 14-year-old Huntley High School student was arrested last week on drug charges.
The youth, whose identity was not released, was charged with possession of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful delivery of cannabis on Sept. 26, according to reports.
He was found in possession of the cannabis at the high school, 13719 Harmony Road, police said. The teen was released to his mother and will be petitioned into McHenry County juvenile court.

In other police reports released this week:
- Jewelry was reported stolen from a home in the 9500 block of Rainsford Drive on Sept. 26, police said.
- A 17-year-old Lake in the Hills juvenile was charged with disorderly conduct at the high school on Sept. 27, reports stated. He was released to his father and will be petitioned into McHenry County juvenile court.
- Daniel H. Evans, 51, of Chicago, was arrested for retail theft and two outstanding warrants on Sept. 28, police said.
- A 37-year-old Huntley man, James M. Foster, of 10828 Allegheny Pass, was arrested and charged with battery on Sept. 30, police said. Foster posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of November 4.
- Two 16-year-old males and a 15-year-old male, all from Huntley, were charged with burglary to a motor vehicle on Oct. 2, according to reports. The juveniles were released to their parents and will be petitioned into McHenry County juvenile court.
- Cash was stolen from a wallet in the 9800 block of Aberdeen Lane on Oct. 2, police said.
